"The Academy is designed differently from club keeper training. The Academy follows a set curriculum to make sure every keeper gets training in all aspects of goalkeeping. Goalkeeping is just not training on the field but also training off the field. To help all the keepers with conditioning and strength training all the keepers will be given a monthly fitness and strength training guide to follow. This will help all keepers stay light on their feet, help with jumping ability, quickness, as well as preventing injuries."Glen Fox
